Should I go LIVE or OPEN DOOR LIVE?

You can do either!  But the Burnalong team recommends you start by going LIVE at a set day and time each week until you build a following, and then try Open Door LIVE once you know more users will be on during that LIVE time slot.  All LIVE and OPEN DOOR LIVE classes should be saved on-demand.   Users on OPEN DOOR LIVE will not be seen on the recorded classes once posted on-demand.
