How does music work?

You need to own the rights to any music you play in your videos. If you (or your studio/gym) are paying the three major recording companies (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC), then you'll want to check with the licensing company to make sure you are covered. If you are not under this umbrella, there are a few things you can do:

• • You can work without sound.
  • You can use royalty free music.
  • You can add your public playlist link to your class description and have viewers play your playlist at home in sync with your class.
