What should I do if some of my gym visits are missing on the member website?

All participating gyms keep a record of member visits at their facilities. If after 60 days you find that some of your visits are still not showing up on the member website, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-572-7833, Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. CT.
