Seeing the "Prime" symbol on your subscriber card is the best way for a gym to recognize the program, so be sure to take your card with you on your first visit to any gym (either a printed copy or a downloaded image on your mobile device). If the staff member is not familiar with Burnalong+ or Prime, the general manager of the gym should be able to help. If the issue cannot be immediately resolved, please call or ask gym staff to call Customer Service at 1-888-572-7836 Monday – Friday 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. CT.
