How is the thumbnail image or poster image created for my class?

A screenshot is automatically taken every 5 minutes. 

Meaning for example, if your class is less than 10 minutes there will be one photo that is automatically selected as the poster (this is unable to be changed.) On the other hand, if your class is 20 minutes, you will have 4 options to choose from!
